Begin by tuning into your body’s signals. Where do you feel tension or discomfort? Practice breathwork to release these emotions. A simple 4-4-6 technique (inhale for four counts, hold for four, and exhale for six) can regulate your nervous system and create emotional release. Pair this with somatic exercises, such as gentle yoga, shaking, or stretching, to physically untangle emotional blockages.


Journaling is another powerful tool. Write a letter to the emotions you’ve been holding, expressing them fully. You don’t need to send it—the act of acknowledgment is healing in itself. Dedicate 10 minutes daily to these practices and notice how your body and emotions shift over time.
